Likewise a shop with very few products in stock might be a sign that you don't have adequate supply of raw materials or that they are too far away or there may be no problem at all. For instance its not always easy to tell if a house is lacking goods because they are poor, because the shops are too far away, or because there is not adequate supply in them. Not that there aren't problems and annoyances. ![]() Instead of plopping into existence everything has to be built, which to me feels more satisfying.It was really impressive visually when it came out and imho its still pretty. It inverts the basic walker distribution system by having people go to the shops, relieving the #1 frustration I had with the others, where everything could come crashing down if the market walker takes an unexpected turn. Not to throw shade at any of the other historical city builders, and strictly speaking not an Impressions one, but I think CotN is my favorite of the genre. ![]()
